Financial assistance for men in recovery is very hard to come by these days. Society as a whole looks at a man with a history of drug and alcohol abuse as a lost cause. People generally say, “Lock him up,” or, “You should have more willpower! Just stop, get a job, and be productive!” We need to treat these men with this disease of addiction like we would treat any other sick person trying to get well. The disease of addiction is a very powerful thing! With our help, these men are finding a God of their understanding and are being healed and starting life on a new path towards freedom. With help from you, we can provide clothes for a job interview or meals for a week. The men here appreciate everything we can help with to make this difficult journey a little easier which helps our program be more successful.
